ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We are shaping a generation of healthy, strong, and successful children!
The HEALTHY GENERATION project was created by a team of experts and is aimed at preserving and strengthening children's and adolescents’ health throughout their educational period.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project includes

several areas of activity::

  • Organization of educational and awareness-raising activities that promote the development of a healthy lifestyle culture among children and their parents, as well as the implementation of programs aimed at preserving and strengthening health.
  • Dynamic health monitoring program — systematic observation of a child’s health status from primary school through graduation.
  • Development and implementation of corrective methods and guidelines aimed at preventing disease development, taking into account individual characteristics and genetic predispositions.
  • Monitoring results and evaluating the effectiveness of the applied development and correction methods.

WHY DO PARENTS AND EVERY CHILD NEED
THE HEALTHY GENERATION PROJECT?

  • Statistics on morbidity among school-age children and adolescents
The study “Relationship of musculoskeletal pain with … postural changes in school children aged 6–12 years” found musculoskeletal system problems in 51.1% of schoolchildren. More than 30% of schoolchildren have myopia (nearsightedness). According to statistics in the Russian Federation, about 5% of children enter first grade with myopia, while by the eleventh grade, 25–30% suffer from varying degrees of myopia. A review in the Russian Bulletin of Hygiene states that only about 25% of schoolchildren are completely healthy; in 75%, worsening vision and musculoskeletal disorders are identified, along with an increase in gastrointestinal and nervous system diseases. Also, from 44.4% to 34% of graduating students belong to health group II (with functional disorders).
  • Physical and psychosocial risk factors for schoolchildren (which we can influence)
    • Poor posture, prolonged sitting at desks, heavy backpacks → spinal problems, scoliosis.
    • Lack of physical activity → obesity, muscle weakness, reduced endurance.
    • Overwork and academic overload → decreased immunity, chronic fatigue.
    • Sleep disturbances (late bedtime due to homework or gadgets) → deterioration of cognitive functions, irritability.
    • Stress related to studying and exams.
    • Bullying or conflicts with peers.
    • Insufficient family support or an unfavorable psychological climate at home.Increased parental expectations → anxiety and emotional burnout.
  • Behavioral and medical risk factors for schoolchildren (which we can influence)
    • Prolonged use of gadgets, including before sleep → worsening eyesight, sleep disorders.
    • Poor nutrition (fast food, lack of vegetables and fruits) → vitamin deficiencies, obesity.
    • Harmful habits (smoking, electronic cigarettes/vapes, energy drinks), especially among older students.
    • Poor organization of study time → chronic stress and fatigue.
    • Poor school conditions: insufficient lighting of workspaces, irregular and inadequate ventilation of rooms, etc.
    • Insufficient preventive medical checkups, late detection of problems with vision, musculoskeletal system, nervous system, and gastrointestinal tract.
    • Frequent respiratory infections due to non-compliance with specific and non specific prevention measures and crowded indoor environments.
  • HEALTHY GENERATION offers…
Continuous dynamic monitoring of your child’s physical and mental health hroughout their growth and development during school years. Individual programs for preventing diseases of the visual system, musculoskeletal system, nervous system, and digestive system, tailored specifically for your child.
  • HEALTHY GENERATION implements…
A framework regulating factors that influence physical and psychological development, developed personally for your child based on Child Hygiene protocols approved by international organizations, such as the World Health Organization and the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund.
  • HEALTHY GENERATION provides…
Additional benefits for the child and their family within the HEALTHY GENERATION project: medical consultations, assistance in selecting specialists, help in choosing medical institutions, and — when necessary — support with hospital selection and hospitalization arrangements.

HOW THE PROJECT WORKS

Examinations by specialists from partner clinics are organized at the educational institution where the child studies. You do not need to spend time visiting specialists —
we will come directly to your child.
All you need to do is fill out the questionnaire.

STAGES

 Filling out the form

Questionnaire

A project specialist collects information about the child and close relatives to assess the child's health condition and genetic predisposition by completing a questionnaire.
 Examination by a specialist

Examination

Specialists from partner clinics of the HEALTHY GENERATION project conduct examinations of the child according to the following fields:
  • Ophthalmologist — assesses visual acuity and the presence of other eye conditions.
  • Orthopedist/Traumatologist — evaluates the condition of the spine (curvature, slouching, etc.), joints, muscles, and the presence of flat feet.
  • Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT specialist) — assesses the condition of the hearing organs and upper respiratory tract.
  • General practitioner — evaluates the child’s overall developmental condition.
Discussion of results

Child health profile

Based on the collected data about your child, the project’s team from partner clinics prepares a “Child Health Profile,” which outlines developmental characteristics, health “risk areas”, predisposing factors, functional disorders, existing conditions, and related findings.
 Individual health program

Individual program

Based on the results obtained, the project’s experts develop an
“Individual Preventive Program” for your child across several areas, including:
  • Organization of the workspace (illumination of the workspace, dimensions and configuration of workplace elements according to the child’s anthropometric data — one of the most significant factors influencing posture development);
  • Recommended visual load format and duration;
  • Recommended types, frequency, and duration of musculoskeletal activity;
  • Nutritional considerations and other lifestyle factors.
This program is personalized and designed for daily implementation outside of school.
Recommendations from experts

Recommendations

If a child has functional disorders or diagnosed conditions, specialists from partner clinics provide treatment recommendations (glasses, physiotherapy, massage, orthopedic insoles, etc.). They also advise parents on which types of sports and physical activities are recommended to improve the child’s health, based on the child's existing conditions.
Group programs in an educational institution

Group programs

Based on group-level data (information about students within one class or group), project experts develop a “Universal Group Program” for activities conducted during school lessons, breaks, and physical education classes. The universal program is developed and implemented after coordination with the educational institution’s administration.
 Workplace organization

Child workspace ergonomics

Based on the child’s anthropometric data and health condition, project experts provide recommendations for organizing the workspace at school and at home.
 Discussion of recommendations

Doctor - parent consultation

The project expert explains to the child and parents the importance of following all recommendations, the specifics of implementing them, and outlines the expected results. Answers questions.
 Adjusting the program

Result assessment

Children are examined by staff from the project's partner clinics several times during the school year, and the program is adjusted based on the results.

How the Assessment Works

Your child is examined directly at school by our team of specialists.

All data is transferred to Healthy Generation experts, who, together with experts from partner clinics, analyze it online and create a personalized health program.

This is not just a check-up, but a comprehensive health support system for your child.
The cost of your child's participation in the Healthy Generation program will be 35,000 AMD per month
